When a ex coworker was creating or opening a new template for import/export there was a feature that he used. A seperate window would appear for editing that template. How do you get that window to appear? It is a separate program? Smile

Editing or setting up a prospect or borrower master is very simple. Click on the templates button or header, click the type of template (prospect master / borrower master) that you're trying to create or edit. If you have any masters, a list will come up. Just double-click on the one you want to edit and it will open just like a borrower or prospect file. You can create a new one just by clicking on new.

If you are managing a large number of masters or templates for a group, you may consider a separate program that will manage the process in a more automated fashion.
