I'm experiencing intermittent problems in viewing credit reports and exporting to fannie mae format through terminal services.  Is there some 'quick fix' that I can apply in order to eliminate the sporadic availability of viewing credit?

I have the same problem when trying to view credit.  The message I get is this.  If I go to another computer I don't have the problem.  It is on only one computer.

Point was unable to complete your request because it could not access files in C:\WINPOINT\Work.  Please check the permissions in tha directory.
