I have identified an issue that Calyx support was able to duplicate.

Here is the scenario:

A user makes changes to an existing Prospect/Borrower file, File01, and then navigates to a different Prospect/Borrower file, File02, thereby receiving a prompt to save File01 before continuing or risk losing changes.  The user clicks Yes to save, File01 presumably saves, and she moves on to File02.  Later, the user checks File01 and discovers that her previous changes were not saved in the file.  The user, once again, makes the changes to File01 but this time she deliberately clicks the save icon on the toolbar before navigating to a different file.  When she checks back to see if the data saved, it has, in fact, saved.

The issue:

If you attempt to navigate to a different file without first saving the changes in the file you are currently working, the changes will not save regardless of whether you click Yes on the save changes prompt.
