We start all files as prospects, but when RESPA is triggered we move it to a borrower file.  However, anything that was uploaded into the Doc Management/E-File system doesn't transfer over, even if I physically copy and paste the files from the Prospect Data folder to the Borrower data folder.  Is there a way to have things that were uploaded in the prs file transfer over when the brw file is created?  Thanks.

Thanks!

Are you using PointCenteral? normal datafolders should be coping all of the files over if your using the copy button from point's loan screen. When you use windows explorer to copy the files what extensions are you brining to the borrower folder?

I recommend you to take a look at this file management software. You can set up your own file server for managing and sharing files through web browser. It's like DropBox but self-hosted so that you can keep all your confidential files on your own server. The web based UI looks and feels like Windows 7 Explorer. It offers features that are not possible with a FTP server such as zipping files, downloading multiple files and folders in single download etc. It's also easier to set up and administrate than a FTP server.
