One area in which I can't find a form or workaround is for closing instructions or escrow instructions. I'd like to create something, but if anybody already had a template, form or other process, I'd be interested. Also, is it possible to get the GFE form, without all the template options and modify it to be used as a single purpose document for closing instructions. I would essentially take out quite a bit of data and use the shell for making my new form.

I have written several applications that require closing instructions. Since they are a very critical document, I have always used VB or VBA routines to merge and correct them. I also require the user to enter information that isn't contained in Point. You can use the ASK field or just write a VBA application with a form to answer all the questions. I don't think a simple custom document will work without the user doing some tedious reviewing. The best approach is a custom form with a VBA application that presents a user interface.
