Are you using word forms or merging straight into VBA? If you just want to send me an example I could go from there if that will be easier.

There are several books on how to use VBA with word. Depending on the version of Word you're using, you'll want to select the book that matches your version. There are also lots of resources and examples at http://www.support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;826531&spid=2530&sid=global. Unless you are familiar with VBA programming (or masochistic or have nothing better to do or you've lost a few marbles or you're willing to work for nothing or ...), it will be cheaper to hire somebody. If you do have the skills, this is a great way to get some control over your custom forms.
