Anyone know how to display the phone number or any other field on the search results page for the prospect or borrower.  My intent is to have a person call the leads in an effecient speedy manner.  They will be able to just look at the name and call and if they anser fill out the application.  I am open to other suggestions or program that work with Calyx.  Contact Relationship Management CRM taht works with Calyx, anyone know?

Have you tried using the advanced search function by borrower phone number? This will list by phone then name.

This is at least a starting point for you.

"MMM Yeah, I'm going to need you to go ahead and come in on Saturday."

For this if your leads are in point.  Make a report with the information you need names, phone... and file name.  Now just open point to the right file before the call is made.

You got me on that one!  I have seen the movie office space and remember the tps reports.  Thanks for keeping it fun.  Hey , I have a website that is starting to bring in leads for commercial loans and residential loans, do you know if I am able to upload leads directly form the website into point?

It depends on what format the leads are provided. Point has the ability to create data import templates that will allow you to map data from a text file to a borrower/prospect file in Point. The following link describes creating a data import template: http://www.calyxsupport.com/tips/data_063.htm

Hey, I'm doing the same as you, hope this helps.

I created a website that takes locks and I attach a txt file to the confirmation email that contains all the lock info in a comma delimited format. I send the confirmation with the attachment to Secondary Marketing and the same email without the attachment to the customer. Then I just get the txt file from the email and import it into Point manually. It works, but it can be cumbersome at times. It would be a lot nicer if Point would connect to a website directly, but the way it handles files prevents that as far as I know.

I have asked before about changing the display results on the main search index screen and I was told at this time it could not be done. You can go to Utilities//Search/Display Settings and see what you can customize it with. It really ain't much.

There are a number of ways of "connecting" Calyx Point to your website leads. Since you have control over the format and where they're stored, you can create a very nice system. I have found the easiest way to do this is store the leads in a database on your website. A desktop program can access the database (secure connection, of course) and download them directly into Point folders. The program needs to create a Point file from data but that can be accomplished by using import.exe, writing your own parsing program or purchasing a parsing program. The most difficult part is updatin
