Here's what's happening:
  1. we make changes to files (date of preparation for GFE, for example), and those are not saving, although the user receives the on-screen message that the data is being saved.
  2. a user exits a file from the edit mode, gets a message telling them that the file is in use by another user (even though they are that user!)
  3. just started a new file, and the borrower's name, LO name and processor name do not display in the pipeline, even though they were supposedly saved by the system

HELPPPPP!
