How do I get Yield to Auto populate on page 2 of the new GFE in #2 box?

In point I'm trying to get my yield to auto populate on number 2 (page 2) with the 2nd question.

You recieve a credit of $______ for tis interest rate of ______% this credit reducses your settlement charges

The question "A CREDIT OF $" is grayed out so I can not make changes to that what so ever, not even when I click the bullet next to the question. that opens up the % area but not the amount of the yeild spread.

can someone help?

im having the same problem

customer want rate with 1.4 srp and lender is paying us 2 pts if i show the discount of .6 point wont let me show the credit to the borrower of 1.4

i tried this in byte and you can show the credit on page two and the discount, i never could figure out how to do this in point

I am not quite sure what you are saying, but ...

You can not have a credit and a charge. It must be one or the other (RESPA.) You must have entered a charge somewhere that is why the credit line is grayed out.
