| On the GFE 2010 how do I get it to display the ballon payment is due in x amount of years I am unsure how to do this.

| | If you enter your amortization and term on the Prospect Information screen it should flow to your TIL which in turn flows to the 1st page of the GFE. But be careful...Calyx will show the term as the amortization period rather than the balloon period so you have to manually change "Your loan term is...". I have not received a response yet on my request to correct this. |

| | It's my opinion that there is nothing for Calyx to fix. Note that in the 'Summary of your loan' section of the GFE, there are 9 blocked off areas. The 2nd blocked area says 'Your loan term is' and is expected to show the amortized loan term. (Say 30 years) The 9th blocked area says 'Does your loan have a balloon payment?' and it's here that the balloon term is stated. (say 7 years) hth Bill V.
