| | Over the past two weeks we have had helpdesk calls that files are missing after being created or moved to another folder. We do not see these in the temp directory, the database or our back ups. Please help so we can recover the files and not have anymore issues like this. |

| What version of point and PDS are you using? You have point on the citrix servers, where are you hosting PDS?

| | version 7.2 for point and pds. smdcpds is the sever that pds is hosted on , that is not on citrix a server in it own. the application is the only thing on citrix. Thanks. |
