We have noticed that a few users are having trouble trying to view the DU findings in the DU Results tab. Normally they can click on the Findings entry and a popup will appear with the results. These users get nothing. They can click the Credit and it opens fine. In addition for these users, if the go to the Document Store area, they cannot click on the documents and have them appear in the viewer. Nothing happens for any file. They only way then can view them is if they chose Print and get the Acrobat preview.
Any thoughts? This is for a handfull of users, and happens to all files, not just those run since the upgrade.
This is a problem with some DLL files not being properly registerd with Windows.
