We have the exact same problem. There is some VBA code we found that will eliminate this issue, but it's a hack (modifying the user's normal.dot and adding a VBA procedure to stop Point from screwing with the normal.dot file). I was hoping to see if anyone has found a solution. It only happens when a user tries to print custom forms and WINWORD.EXE is open. When he tries to print custom forms groups he gets the attached error.
