Hi,

I'd like to add on. By what manner are they currently sorted. If you click the "Filename" header of the window, the reports resequence, click it again and they resequence again (but in a different order).

Furthmore, they show up in a completely different sequence when you click "reports & marketing, and use the drop down list.

I'm sorry you're having this problem. We do plan to have it fixed in v7.0, but no patch is forthcoming for it. V7.0 is due to release in March.

We have about 500 products setup and we have the same issue - which makes it verd hard to find the one we need to edit.

Okay, i went around and looked at a couple of people's. Everyone that is on the new 6.1 Client has problems with the alphabetizing and lower case letters but everyone on the 6.0 client does not. :unsure:

Does every one in your office see this behavior or is it just on your computer? Do you notice any difference if you click the file name column header?

Shows up wrong both in the Print menu and in the Template menu. Don't know if you can make it out by this picture or not, but the arrows point to the ones that are wrong:

where are you seeing this? in the print dialog, In the template section of point? or pds admin?

Running on 6.1 with PDS 6.1

Some of my custom forms show up as lower case in the title names even though they were created as normal Title Case and some are not in proper alphabetical order. We tried a resync of the templates but it is still doing it. Anybody seen this?
