I called them and logged on their website and we can see where Point orders the credit report, but it will not import it back in. &lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled Point on those 3 severs and still cannot pull(import) the credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any ideas on why this can be? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the permissions setup the same on all servers.  I cannot even pull credit as a admin on those servers so I don't think it's a permission issue. As far as I can tell we didn't change anything on the servers before it stopped working. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help Please!!&lt;P&gt;Edit: I'm running version 6.3b</description><pubDate>Thu, 21 Feb 2008 07:49:38 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>jausband</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
