Usually this is a problem with the import template not mapping the fields correctly. Double check the field mappings in the import file.

Import from Optimal Blue

I am trying to set up an import from Optimal Blue (our pricing engine). I have followed the instructions on from the KB but cannot get it to work. I believe it may have something to do with the file I am importing from. OB generates a csv file which I then save as txt (tab delimitted) file. I am attempting to update existing files with lock information. It says Batch Imported but the fields in the file are empty. What am I doing wrong??
