Possibly related to this, when we go to the "View Credit" option, the item is grayed-out (not available). We have Point data shared on a local server (Windows Server 2003) where there appears to be plenty of space. There are two shared folders that are mapped on the workstations (Windows XP Home Ed.); P: for data, and T: for templates. Nothing new has occurred to cause this, other than a "shadow copy" message on the server which was resolved when the server was restarted. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
