Precious few of them have legal paper, and fewer still understand enough about computers to be able to print out the legal size documents on letter size. <br><br>This problem greatly reduces the usefulness of the e-mail as PDF option. Our current workaround - to print out the documents, then use our copier to scan them into PDF - wastes a lot of paper.<br><br>If we had the option to print documents all in one paper size, and be able to choose either letter or legal size, it would greatly simplify our workflow.Tue, 30 Sep 2008 15:26:38 GMTmhfadmin
