Bryan, hope you can read this - I had to convert from PDF to BMP, JPG wasn't any better. If not let me know and I can email to you directly. Thanks, Kim.

Go to the Control Panel and open Printers.
Delete the printer you are using.
Then from the menu bar, select File > Server Properties.
Click the Drivers tab
Remove the printer driver associated to the printer that you just deleted.
Reinstall the printer

Should that not work, install a different printer driver, such as a post script driver.

I was not able to reproduce the problem you described. Can you post a screen shot of it?

I am on 6.1a and can print the TIL *BUT* the APR is not legible. It appears that the "number of payments" & "payment amounts" that usually print in the middle section of the TIL are instead printing over the APR in the APR box. Anyone else having this issue? How do I fix this?? Cannot use this TIL generated by Point. Please help!
