The aggregate or referral? If you were referring to the Aggregate Reports by month, there is currently no way to set that back to zero. It starts new every month. The Total Since Launch cannot currently be reset. If you email webcastersupport@calyxsoftware.com, they might have a way to do that which I'm not aware of. It's worth checking with them.

RE: Visitor Tracking

Under Visitor Tracking > Referral Report, set the "Retain Referral Data for" to 1 day, and let the information get deleted, and then reset the days back to 60.

Hope that helps.

Visitor Tracking

Is it possible to reset the visitor tracking back to zero?

Now that we have our site where we want it, it would be nice to reset the tracking to get a true count of people visiting the site from now forward. All hits until now was us making sure everything was ok.
