I couldn't find it in the release notes but then again there were some things that were changed and not in the notes.

I'm asking because I would rather not go through all 210 custom forms to check all the mapping. You download and install a simple program, add in your desired feed URL, and you receive the posts automatically in your RSS Reader for viewing. It's a great way to stay up to date on a topic before visiting the Message Board.

Next to each Forum Name you will see an "RSS" icon. When you click the icon a new page will open in your browser. If the loan cannot be recast again, enter the period in which it will stop. For example, if the loan recasts in 5 years enter 60 months, and if it cannot recast again, enter 60 months in the stop field."

So my question is I've come across a loan file where the Stop Period is Blank. Based on my understanding of the definition above, the Loan should Recast every 60 months as there was no Stop Period entered into the stop field. However, within the Amortization Schedule, the Loan Recasts after the first 60 months and then never recasts again.

Is this correct or have I misunderstood the definition?

Government page on the fannie mae loan app

Is there a way to have Point remember the FHA Lender ID on the government page on a fannie mae loan app so we don't have to enter it every time?

Upgrade to 6.1a - Now have to browse to file to assign task

Upon upgrading to point 6.1a several users have complained that they are now required to BROWSE to the file that they are trying to assign a task to when assigning tasks even though they are in the file they wish to assin the task to. On this loan, the PMI is $80.00/month on the screen, but $79.60 on the printout.

I tired creating a blank file but couldn't replicate the error. I had to go into one that already had data populated in order to get this, so it may be related to something in another field.

I have a sample file I can send if it's needed.

Assigned tasks, I get the reminder

Hi All,
I'm running:
Point 5.4
PDS 5.3
Everyone has access to templates.
I create tasks for my LO's under their .brw file, I then create reminders for the task, I then assign the task to the appropriate LO, I always get the reminder. I am not very familiar with Point 6. I have been tasked with integrating a marketing strategy using Point. I want to do e-mails, letters, phone calls, etc. with Point information. I think what I am looking for is another product to integrate with Point to do the Marketing portion. Could anyone give me some insight to do this? Thanks.

Tmallion
