The LPMI problem is in the GFE in POINT. It has nothing to do with LP or saving back. Please advise.

1. Discount Points on the GFE are wiped out after saving back from LP and instead it shows only the $ amount for the points charged.

We are testing our new version POINT 6.0 and have come across the following problems:

1. Discount Points on the GFE are wiped out after saving back from LP and instead it shows only the $ amount for the points charged.

2. Wording in the "Other Assets" in the Assets section gets wiped out when saving back to Calyx.

3. LPMI amount seems to disappear from line 902 (POINT version 5.4 & 6.0) after inputting then exiting the file and going back. After inputting it again it seems to save it the second time.

Please advise if anyone has a way around these issues or how to resolve them.

Thanks for your help, I did testing also. I havent had any issues, but was wondering if any one else was having any.

I wasn't able to duplicate those issues on 5.4, so I believe those are fixed in the version you have. Are you experiencing any of the above issues?

The child support issue is fixed. I was not able to ever duplicate the other 2 issues reported by the previous poster. What version of Point do you have?

Our processing department is encountering the following problems when sending LP back to POINT.

· We enter points in our GFE as a percentage amount. After saving LP back to Calyx, the points are shown in the percentage box and in the dollar amount field, charging the borrower double

· Child support amount doubles

· "Other income" figure doubles

Please advise if there is a work-around for these issues as this is causing issues throughout the department. We had to deal with this issue in version 5.2 and would have assumed it was fixed in the newest release.

When emailing Calyx Tech Support here is the response or lack thereof that we received: Not acceptable...what is being done to resolve these issues?????????

The "Send to System" box in LP has not been working properly. I would suggest not using this feature in LP. If for any reason you need to resubmit a Point file to LP again just remember to enter 1 of the 3 numbers on the LP screen so that LP don't double charge for submission. Thanks.
