Close Point.<BR>2. Click Start, and choose Run<BR>3. Type regsvr32 -u msxml4.dll<BR>4. Click OK on the message box (it should indicate unregister was successful)<BR>5. Click Start, and choose run<BR>6. Type regsvr32 msxml4.dll, and click OK<BR>7. Though it continually gives a message of Windows 2000 not being supported, it has generally worked until now.
