Certainly an Excel spreadsheet can do this, including downloading the FHA limits. It would probably be just as cheap to have this software written as a custom application. </P><P>The other issue is the MCAW will be changing soon to accomodate the "new" FHA. If you have a copy of Point, you could simply use that until the form changes. If not, you will have to prepare a custom application. Does anyone know where we can purchase software for the FHA MCAW that will automatically do the calculations, including downloading the most current max FHA loan limits per each locale?
