Thanks for the info. I'll look into both of your suggestions.

It would be cool if Point could just import a PDF and then we could merge fields to the imported PDF like we do with word, but at least you've given me a work around.

I used ScanSoft PDF Converter version 3. ScanSoft also has version 4, which you think would be better, but I found that version 3 did a cleaner conversion. I had only a few spots to clean up after the conversion. For other documents, such as the CHARM booklet I used OmniPage Pro to convert it. Most of the PDF to Word converters work ok for simple documents, but for more complicated documents I have found OmniPage works the best. Not exactly sure why, I think it has more advanced OCR capability.

Point seems to have most of the fields, but the calculations need to be done separately. I'm sure there is a way in Word to do that but I haven't found it yet. I have attached a .zip file. Unzip and copy the .pcd file to your pnttempl folder.

I never saw your reply. How would you do the conversion from pdf to word? the tough part about doing the custom form is there are data fields that need to be on the worksheet that do not exist in point.

Yes, I checked the link first and it looked like the 92900-WS. After I looked more closely, I did realize it was a different worksheet. Currently we do not have this worksheet in Point, but if you email wish@calyxsoftware.com or post in the Suggestions and Request section of the message board, the Point team can see about adding it. You can also create a custom form as well. I can probably do a clean conversion from PDF to Word for you.

Are you looking for the FHA Refinance Mortgage Credit Analysis Worksheet? Go to Forms > FHA > FHA MCAW - Refinance HUD 92900-WS? There is a Refinance Type dropdown list to select Streamline Without Appraisal.
