If we zoom in the text seems to "scrunch" together even more. We have tried playing with font sizes, scaling adjusting the column widths all without success. We have Uninstalled Point 7.2 w/SP1 from the server, reinstalled and tested w/o SP1, same problem with reports, installed SP1, same problem still. The current workaround that I am using is having the users save the report into excel on their desktop then print from the saved file. Was hoping someone had already encountered this problem and had a fix outside of the recommendation from Calyx support applied above? Right now, the only field I can use to narrow the search is Closed Date, but we have applications that did not close that need to be pulled for this. I'd like to be able to pull by credit report date. Is that even possible?

The biggest obstacle for me right now is that we heavily track our marketing dollars, so every lead that comes in the building is put in Point, with it's lead source, whether or not we pull credit. So, we can't just run the report with a blank closing date, because we'll get leads that credit wasn't pulled. The only other solution we can come up with is copying all the files that need to be submitted to a HMDA folder, but we probably pull 25k+ credit reports a year, so that's a lot of files to copy for this one report.

Any ideas?

Populated fields not pulling into custom reports

Beginning yesterday afternoon, the data from several fields in Point is no longer being imported into the the custom reports we have created even though the reports ran correctly that morning. We use Point Data Server and Point 6.1a. I don't know how to get the rpt file imported so it will show up as an option in Point. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

PointReport.exe - Error

I have Point 6.0b Build 888.68 installed on a Terminal Server. When my users try to run reports they get the following error:
PointReport.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Service
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0x1954 (6484), Thread id=0x1da8 (7592)
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

I have my Winpoint.ini file configured like this in their home directory:
Application=H:\WINPOINT
Templates=C:\PNTTEMPL
User=H:\WINPOINT\user
work=H:\winpoint\work

If I change the Applicatoin line like this: Application=C:\WINPOINT the report will work just fine. This isn't a workable solution for me however because when my users pull credit they use different information (stored in the H:\WINPOINT\EMDBInterface folder).

When I try to open the file C:\WINPOINT\PointReport.exe it will open. But when I try to open it from my home directory H:\WINPOINT\PointReport.exe I get the same error as above.

It looks like the PointReport.exe will not run from any other location than its default folder. Anyone have any ideas?

Field 1247 Arm Index Type Code

Hi - does anyone know where Field Code 1247 (the Arm Index Type Code) is generated from? I've looked through all of the screens and am coming up empty. I see a numerical field when I export the data, but don't know where it is coming from. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,

J

Pointreport.exe Causing Error Since 6.1A

This is the event that appears in the application log.
