| | User has Word open - he uses it to spell check during the day. When he tries to print custom forms groups he gets the attached error. If he closes his blank Word doc and tries to print again it works. Any ideas? Thanks, Eric J. Lilly

| Have you tried searching for and deleting the Normal.dot file, then relaunching Word? It should create a new .dot file.

| | Any more information on this? We have the exact same problem. There is some VBA code we found that will eliminate this issue, but it's a hack (modifying the user's normal.dot and adding a VBA procedure to stop Point from screwing with the normal.dot file). I was hoping to see if anyone has found a solution. It only happens when a user tries to print custom forms and WINWORD.EXE is open. Calyx support was LESS than helpful on this. |
