if you have a seperate co-borrower application why would the co-borrower's info not populate over to the COMBINED MCAW?? isn't that the purpose of the combined mcaw. this is an annoying error that needs to be resolved. would like to see the 'agency case number' transfer over to all borrower's as well.

also, would like to be able to enter in zip code and the system auto populate the city, st in the Agent's List (like point does on subject property). this would jsut reduce the amt of typing we have to do which makes the system more efficient.

would be helpful on REO section wheny you associate a property with a liablility (mortgage) for the liability info (balance, pmt) to populate in the REO section where info is required. (sorry but i came from using ellie mae's encompass which i am finding was much more user friendly)

there are a lot of little things that take time to type in when they could auto populate. this is a time waster and makes us not as efficient as could be.

just some thoughts that would make life a little easier.
