Import from Optimal Blue Rate Topic Display Mode Topic Options Author Message vero Posted 6/18/2008 6:15:55 PM Forum Newbie Group: Forum Members Last Login: 8/7/2008 6:47:54 AM Posts: 1, Visits: 10 I am trying to set up an import from Optimal Blue (our pricing engine).  I have followed the instructions on from the KB but cannot get it to work.  I believe it may have something to do with the file I am importing from.  OB generates a csv file which I then save as txt (tab delimitted) file.  I am attempting to update existing files with lock information.  It says Batch Imported but the fields in the file are empty.  What am I doing wrong??
