Calyx is having problems being a Banker user software:

The GFE in 6.1 has changed and we are unable to put a % in for "yield spread to broker by lender" and Print the "Banker" GFE not the broker.

The answer I got from Calyx customer service is the GFE was made and is governed by RESPA...

I understand but as a Bank I must comply to NY State Law and disclose the % of the Yield Spread.

Also the GFE for a FHA does not display the Base Loan Amount.

Also page 4 is pretty that well known date if not caught before, I'm out of Compliance.

Lender: is me  but the Broker: prints out me b/c my info is in the Utilities.
