Our users are receiving the message "The selected template file is no longer available or it may have been deleted by another user." each time they log into Point and each time they Print. We are using 6.1 with PDS.
Any suggestions on where we might start to look?

Are you using the pds template sets? if so are all these users accessing the same template set?
