Several Years ago I created a custom report for my GA loans indicating closed loans for a specific period.  Now when I try to pull the report and check the box for closed loans I get no data.  The only reason I can think that it will not pull closed loan data is because the date in the sold loan box is after the closed loan date.  However the data I need to capture is the number of loans that were closed during a specific period not loans that were sold.   Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

The check box is for loans that have a closed status.  What you will need to do is edit your report and add field 6055 which is the closed date.  You can then edit your condition so that it only pulls the files between the dates you specify.

Added close date (Field 6055) to my report.  Checked only the box  "closed" under status.  Entered my dates and still nothing in my report.  On the previous versions of point as long as the status date was in my report I could pull be the status (closed loans, Approved etc) through the drop down box and only get the date that pertained to that particular status.  Now it appears that if a task took place after the status I'm looking to have in my report it will not show.  Since all of our closed loans that I'm trying to access are sold loans I have to run a sold loan report to see when these loans sold and from that report add a closed date column to get the end result that I'm looking for.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I use my closed loan filed for numerous reports for licensing as well as commission reports.  See image as to how I'm trying to pull report.

Right you don't want to use the status and date fields on the generate results screen.  you need to edit the report template. you can set the condition for the closed date field to AU: which should bring make it configurable on the generate results screen.  Just make sure you don't check current status since it only pulls loans with the current status that you check.

This will change in 6.1 you'll have the ability to check a status as well as pick the date range for a specific status.
