I am not married to the Borrower of our home and there is no marriage plan for the future I would like to know my rights as a Co-borrower,and how do we resolve this issue, things are getting pretty bad. Help I need answers court date soon.

DJ - you are asking the kind of question that carries such an important weight that you really can't rely on any opinions (because that's all you'll get) from a message board like this.

You must obtain paid legal help.  At the very least sign up for Prepaid Legal Services for about $20 per month (I AM NOT A REPRESENTATIVE, HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICE, AND CAN'T SPEAK TO THE ADEQUACY OF THEIR LEGAL ADVICE) and see if you can get some good answers.  I do know you can go online to sign up and start using them immediately.
