Auto filename when moving files.  How can I set up my folders to when I move a file to that folder I have the option to auto filename.  I have created a number folders such as mortgage closings, denied loans, processing loans, etc.  The problem is when I try to move  a loan to some of the folders the auto bilename radio button is grayed out while on some folders I can choose this option.  Has anyone had this problem?  And if so is it a result of how the folders are created?  I'm the adminstrator and have all rights to point and computer files.

for each data folder check to ensure that you have enabled auto file nameing.

When creating the folders my only options are Security Enabled or Available to Users.  Not sure when I can set up that preference.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In point look for the Utilities menu. Towards the bottom of the menu you will fine AutoFile Naming. You can then set this up for borrower and prospect.  This setting is for the currently selected Data folder in your loan search window.
