| | WE ARE EXPERIENCING FILE OVERWRITE AFTER DOWNLOADING FROM DU. WE are on Point PDS 5.4 and are finding that downloading after results are generated on DU will wipe out almost ALL fields. This issue has been growing. At first it was just Liabilities, then VOE, today REO and more fields are just blank after downloading results from DU.

| do the fields clear out right after you down load results of after you save the file?

| | It started right after Fannie's Big upgrade on August 22. People put up with it until we got busy, again at the end of September. AND it appears to gotten worse, meaning more fields are disappearing now, than back on the 22nd.

| | I Just got the phone from Fannie's "Help Line". Fannie claims it's Point's issue, eventho the issue started after the 22nd of August (Fannie's big upgrade). Well we have taken to embargoing DU, until they can find the issue.
