| | Here is a link our company recieved. http://www.loanprospector.com/news/may_construction.html LP is getting rid of their Construction and Construction-Perm options. Has Point been configured to correct these issue if someone sends a construction loan to LP? Please advise. Thank you,

| Is there an explanation as to what has been fixed, or what will change? The LP rep on the phone earlier mentioned that a patch will correct this. Ism assuming that was the 5.4 update. Are there instructions for entering the Construction and Construction-Perm loans after the 20th of this month?

| | If you go to Interfaces > Freddie Mac > Loan App Pg 1 If Under Purpose of Loan , If you select "Construction" or "Construction/ Permanent" There is a drop down list that opens up in the "If Construction Loan " It has the two new Freddie Mac Values. Its very Simple Enjoy! PT |
