| | We are just setting up Calyx and I am trying to figure out a way to have FNMA loan level price adjustments calculate? Would a template be a way or is there an easier way? |

| | An e.g. would be on a cash-out refinance transaction with an LTV between 70.01-80.00 then .50% would be the loan level price adjustment. (entered as a half point in the gfe) Or cash-out refinance transaction with an LTV between 80.01-90.00 then .75% would be the loan level price adjustment. |

| If you setup a loan program template in Point, you can enter max LTV/CLTV and points. I don't know if that answers your question. Let me know.

| | So, you are suggesting a different loan program for each price adjustment? e.g. 30FRM O/O CO REFI 70.01-80.00 30FRM O/O CO REFI 80.01-90.00 30FRM INV CO REFI 70.01-80.00 |

| Nope, not at this time. The loan program characteristics are treated as separate loan programs in Point, i.e. rate, points, ltv/cltv, ratios, etc.
