Hello,

We just upgraded to CALYX 5.4 and can no longer import a COMPLETE file into Calyx from Mortgagebot.  The entire file is received however when importing Calyx only picks up the borrower information and not the co-borrower information.  I was told by Calyx tech support that this would manually have to be entered.  That seems to be inacurate information as why would Calyx choose to loose functionality in an upgrade?  Further we can no longer run the file to LP due to co borrower date not being unique.

Please help.

Thank you,

Ron:

Did you save the borrower file after you imported the DU 3.2 file? Saving will automatically create the co-borrower (CB*) file with your co-borrower info.

Does the co-borrower have a SSN associated with it?

Yes, and that is the interesting part, when attempting to export to LP we received an error that the SS# was duplicated/formatted incorrectly.
