How do the users access this feature?  I really don't want to have the users fill out a questionnaire so I can manually input this data into PDS.

Orion, the secret question/answer and the user's email address are currently optional fields in PDS 5.1.  They will be used in a future feature of PDS, where we'll implement a "Forgotten Password" wizard so users won't bother you if they forget their password.

Prompting them to change their passwords at next logon -would be a nice Admin Check box to have too.
