Ok I redid point as a standard user and it's still doing the same thing, and it's also not creating a 1.0.0.0 or Calyx folder under the application data folders.

What the heck am I doing wrong

looks like 5.4 creates the 1.0.0.0 folder in appdata.

could you give use a sample path to one of the users? does it use roaming profiles?  Its posible this is just being added to the all user profile.
