| | When sending a form group via email or printing to a PDF, only 2 of about 8 custom form in the form group appear as blank in the PDF. All other custom forms appear fine. This form group prints fine to a printer, and I have reloaded the doc convertor already, thinking that may be the issue. |

| | If you print this particular loan, do the same forms appear blank? or does it just happen when you email? If they are blank when they are printed, then one of the calculations in the form is not working correctly.

| | When just printing the group, these specific forms do print out. It's only when converting these to PDFs that these 2 appear blank. They are also simple docs. No formulas or merges at all. Just plain text. |

| | PDS 5.3/Point 5.3 Client resolved the error. When docs had boxes in them they went to PDFs blank. Removed boxes and put in underlined spaces, works fine. |

| | Any update from Support on this issue? We can't email custom forms either. Everything else is OK. We run the network setup with Client 5.3 and 5.4 and PDS 5.3. |
