Could someone tell me what addresses I use or where I find the addresses for the following notices.  The ECOA, the fair lending notice and the Statement of Credit Denial.  Thanks

As JohnP mentioned, these are found under Utilities > Company Defaults. Currently, Point provides a default address for the ECOA Address, however the address changed not long ago, so only new data folders created on version 5.3 will have the updated address. If you have old data folders, you may want to input the updated ECOA address for your pre 5.3 data folders.

Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Customer Assistance Group, 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 3450, Houston, TX 77010

For the credit denial address and the fair lending notice address, if you are a broker you may want to ask one of the lenders you work with.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
