Hi,

I tried this tip, but was not successful.  First I tried the automatic installation and recieved 2 error messages

(Errror code 997 when finding the printer driver that said: Overlapped I/O operation is in progress and then Error Code 1797 when installing the printer driver because the printer driver is unknown)

So, I tried to manually install which seemed okay until I had to click the advanced tap in step 14., the driver drop down only gave me the option to select Amyuni Document convert 2.07 instead of 2.10.  I selected the only option I had and I'm still not able to email forms.

Any ideas?  I'm using Point 5.2 and I have Windows XP.

For anyone else who encounters the error that sarahwhd reported in her post, here is the solution:

1) Disable all the startup items from msconfig (check out the KB article http://kb.calyxsupport.com/kb/article.php?id=344), 2) Restart your PC
3) Install the converter manually using install.exe
4) Re-enable your msconfig startup items and resetart the computer.

Hope that helps anyone with this problem.
