Does anyone know if there is a download field that distriguishes between prospect and borrrower?  I know you can uncheck the prospect and borrower but I was wondering if there is a field (similar to "Folder" that shows what folder the client is in) that shows whether it is in the prospect or borrower category.  If there is a field, anyone know what it is?  If not, is this something we can add?

Thanks!

I do a complete download of the system into an ASCII format to use in Access.  Is there a way to get the extension in that download?  I use "FILENAME" and it gives me the file name without the extension, is there something that will get me the extension in the download?

Thanks.

Field 7 has the file extension in it, it also has the full path of the file.
