We have been seeing a lot of pop-up error messages while transferring loan data to and from DU. Most of the time, the only issue is clicking OK to the pop-up message. Sometimes though, when you click OK, the entire Point application shuts down.

The response I received from Calyx is it is a 5.3/Fannie issue and if we need assistance, we should contact Fannie support.

My question is since this release has been available for months, is there any effort to remedy these error messages from either Calyx or Fannie?

Any updates on this issue. We are seeing it a lot these days? Will 5.4 remedy these?

It has often caused the entire Point application to fail.

can you capture a screen shot of any of the error messages that pop up along with what happens when you click ok (ie runs fine, or closes Point)?

"MMM Yeah, I'm going to need you to go ahead and come in on Saturday."

I think we are experiencing the same problem.  In working with someone at my office, When we run DO, and then go to close the file we get these two errors.

If we go back to the application in point the file closes correctly.  If we just close the file after running DO, Point crashes.  We are running the latest version of point, Version 5.3a
