| | I'm a consultant and a client has just been approved to do business in a new state with special requirements. They want a new Point data folder just for this State so they can have templates that apply to those loans. They have three branches, so we we already have tons of Point folders. Is there a way to satisfy this requirement without adding more folders? |

| | My company is licensed in 48 states and DC. We have data folders that are specific to branches but manage all templates from the corporate office. I set up prospect and borrower templates along with some State Specific CCS for those states that require certain items. When an LO or Processor starts a new file, they are instructed to use the State Specific Template.

| | Little more information on this problem. The company is operating as DBA with company information that is different from their other states. Is there a way to setup the templates in an existing folder to reflect two different corporate entities? Are we stuck with a new Point folder for this State/DBA? |

| with out creating a new data folder you could make master templates for them to create all of thier loans by. so if you really wanted you could work with just one datafolder. but if there are a lot of files it might be best to just create a new datafolder.
