| PDFs that are created by Point are protected. This is probably why you are having problems with your creation program. Edits are not allowed.

| | so... I can take the time to print, scan and then create 1 .pdf that will open multiple documents such as GFE, TIL, Application, appraisal invoice, etc. for a closing agent or, underwriter, but I cannot save a point generated file (same file) to machine and then add to new .pdf.....??? Recipients of email with multiple attachments are sometimes careless in opening and printing all. One .pdf containing all documents is a failsafe way to insure your recipient receives and utilizes all. That is where the creation software can be useful. I am looking for a way to save my calyx generated forms in an unprotected way so that I may add them to a series of other items of various file type and origin, that have been requested by someone in the origination process. The only thing I wish to "edit" is the number of attachments in an email. Why not 1 attachment containing all items? thanks in advance again |

| if you have a way to make pdf, use that driver to print from point rather then the one supplied with the program.

| | thanks Betafisch. I will have to look into that. It sounds complicated and to tell the truth, I am fairly limited in my PC abilities. I will research it though and get back. Thanks again. If this procedure is easily explained, however, a hint in the right direction would be appreciated. |
