| | I think it would be a nice feature to have mortgagee clauses in the rolodex feature. Currently I am using the rolodex, but often times the clause needs to have additional information which I don't think the current rolodex can do. For example, a clause could need to be: Sample Mortgage Corp. Its Successors and/or Assigns As Their Interest May Appear PO Box 1234 Some Town, US 00000 Now when I use the rolodex for this, it doesn't always use the proper format when it inserts it. I don't necessarily get all the info I need into the record becasue it seems it is primarily used for contacts only. Hope this makes sense because I really don't know how else to describe it. |

| What forms do you need the mortgagee clause for?

| You need to supply the mortgagee clause to the title company. So it typically winds up on the "request for title" form.

| | This is one that is constantly requested by my users. The mortgage clauses would be used on Requests for Hazard Insurance and Title Policy and the two might not necissarily be the same. Current Cardex field character limitations prevent the setup of this information. If you have any questions about this let me know. Thanks, D |

| The above post are exactly what the mortgagee clauses are for. In our case, the title and hazard insurance clauses are always different. We don't always have the room to fit the entire clause.
Since I am talking about the hazard insurance form, it would be great if a couple of the following could be added to the form:
1. A spot to manually put in loan #'s for 1st and 2nd's. We often order hazard insurance on one form for both loans. The print would need to be large enough so that it is clearly visible after faxing.
2. Include subordinate financing loan amount on the same form as well. Currently we are hand writing it on the form as well as loan numbers. |
