I have point 5.2a, just recently signed up w/kroll factual data, i dont see it in the services under request credit reports, it's not under kroll or factual data, how can I add this? Thanks

Click Utilities/ Enable/Disable Services / Credit

then scroll through the list and check the box next to Factual Data. You will then be able to see them in Services/Credit
