| | We have a lender sending us an exported file from v4.3... we have 5.3... can not get the file to import into Point at all... is there a compatibility issue between these versions? |

| try file open from the file menu. there is no way to import a point file. they should send you a pcf then you can just open that and copy the point file to whichever data folder you want.

| | ya, the PCF is what I'm use to getting... but, the file she sent isn't a PCF... I got it to work, but the PCF "wizard" would never open... she just sent the .BRW file... does 4.3 have PCF? |

| 4.3 does she should have been able to go to file email point data file.

| you could also copy the .brw file directly into your PNTDATA/Borrower folder then just rebuild your file list in Point.
